本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリをご利用された場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
第1条（適用） / Article 1 (Applicability)
本規約は、ThunderBlog（以下「当開発者」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「散歩ビンゴ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関して生じる一切の関係に適用されます。
当開発者が別途定める個別規定がある場合は、本規約と合わせて適用されます。
個別規定と本規約が矛盾する場合は、個別規定が優先されます。
These Terms apply to all relationships arising from the use of the mobile application "Sanpo Bingo" (the "App") provided by ThunderBlog (the "Developer").
Any additional individual provisions established by the Developer shall apply alongside these Terms.
In the event of any conflict between individual provisions and these Terms, the individual provisions shall prevail.
第2条（利用登録） / Article 2 (Account Registration)
本アプリはアカウント登録なしでご利用いただけます。
ただし、有料機能（広告除去）をご利用いただく場合は、各アプリストア（Google Play / App Store）のアカウントが必要です。
The App can be used without account registration. However, to use paid features (ad removal), an account with the respective app store (Google Play / App Store) is required.
第3条（有料サービス） / Article 3 (Paid Services)
本アプリでは、以下の有料機能を提供しています。
The App offers the following paid feature:
- 広告除去プラン（買い切り）：¥300（税込）
- Ad Removal Plan (one-time purchase): ¥300 (tax included)
有料機能の購入は、各アプリストアの決済システムを通じて行われます。
購入が完了した後の返金は、各アプリストアの返金ポリシーに従います。
Purchases are processed through each app store's payment system.
Refunds after purchase are subject to the refund policy of the respective app store.
第4条（禁止事項） / Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
ユーザーは本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using the App:
1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
1.Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
2.Acts related to criminal activity
3. 当開発者または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシー権、その他の権利を侵害する行為
3. Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of the Developer or third parties
4. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改ざん、複製、再配布
4.Reverse engineering, tampering, copying, or redistributing the App
5. 歩行中のスマートフォン操作（歩きスマホ）など、周囲の安全を脅かす行為
5.Acts that endanger the safety of others, such as operating a smartphone while walking
6. その他、当開発者が不適切と判断する行為
6.Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer
第5条（免責事項） / Article 5 (Disclaimer)
当開発者は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性・信頼性・正確性・完全性・有効性・特定の目的への適合性・セキュリティなどに関する欠陥・エラー・バグ・権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
The Developer makes no express or implied warranties that the App is free from factual or legal defects, including but not limited to defects, errors, bugs, or rights infringements relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, or security.
当開発者は、本アプリによってユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
ただし、当開発者に故意または重大な過失がある場合はこの限りではありません。
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the use of the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer.
本アプリは屋外での使用を想定しています。
利用中は周囲の安全を確認し、歩きながらの操作はお控えください。
操作は必ず立ち止まった状態で行ってください。
屋外利用に伴う事故・けが等について、当開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
The App is intended for outdoor use.
Users must check their surroundings for safety and refrain from operating the App while walking.
Always stop before using the App.
The Developer assumes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries arising from outdoor use.
第6条（サービスの変更・中断・終了） / Article 6 (Modification, Suspension, and Termination)
当開発者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更、中断、または終了することができるものとします。
これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
The Developer may modify, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to users.
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result thereof.
第7条（広告について） / Article 7 (Advertising)
本アプリ（無料版）はGoogle AdMobを通じた広告を表示します。
広告除去プランをご購入いただくことで、広告の表示を非表示にすることができます。
The free version of the App displays advertisements via Google AdMob.
Purchasing the Ad Removal Plan will hide all advertisements.
第8条（プライバシー） / Article 8 (Privacy)
当開発者による個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。
The handling of personal information by the Developer is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.
第9条（規約の変更） / Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
当開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本規約を変更することができるものとします。
変更後の本規約はアプリ内または当開発者のウェブサイトに掲示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
The Developer may change these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary.
The revised Terms shall take effect upon publication within the App or on the Developer's website.

第10条（準拠法・管轄裁判所） / Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location.
